So I tried this list for the first time in a 500 point game last night. The Game was 4 players everyman for himself on a 4x6 board. The theory behind the list is that the frontline (Scuts and Warriors) will engage and harass the opponent while the Bully, Fixer, and Caravan Keeper come in to finish things off. (Hopefully full of scavenge tokens and with vengeance tokens to use)
Caravan Keeper 100 Fixer 80 Bully 80 Thornwind x2 100 Wstlnd War x 2 80 Scut x3 60
The Bully and Scuts Infiltrate next to objectives to start using resourceful. Scuts whiplash anything scary. Thornwinds Infiltrate near anything with super high armor or that I know will group up so they can use bleed and/or proximity strike. Warriors advance and shoot, maybe pull something out of position. Things are going to die a ton...Bully, Fixer and Keeper should have 3 scavenge counters by the time they engage and I should have plenty of Vengeance Counters.
This is all theory as I have only played 1 game with the list, but it did seem to work well.
What are people's thoughts?

My main issue with it is that you only get Vengeance Counters from the Caravan Keeper killing enemies and models dying. All of my Nomads list start with an Oathpourer, her free Vengeance Counter in the prep phase is wonderful plus with resourceful and scavenge she can actually become somewhat of a threat. From my experience my Thornwinds tend to die more than not without accomplishing much, most of the players in my meta avoid clumping up to take advantage of the prox strike and range 6 means they can get charged by whatever they shoot. Ignoring possibly adding an Oathpourer, if I were to run that I'd drop the Thornwinds for a Dishonored. Survivalist plus range 10 makes him great at moving around for grabbing objectives, with the recent changes to Forsaken range 10 is much better than it used to be.

Thanks for the suggestions. I have honestly only played 3 games with the Salt Nomads and I think I am being too conservative with the Vengeance Counters as I am often ending the game with a couple left over. I had the Oath Pourer in my first two games and dropped her because of the fact I had a bunch left over. The game without her I had so much die it provided plenty.
I have only used the Thornwinds one game and due to the fact that it was a 4 corner deployment with 4 players, one died immediately and the other one was able to get like 5 models with the Prox Strike
I have a Dishonored on order so I will definitely try him out. I also might drop the 2 Wasteland Warriors for the Oathpourer but that will take out "the fodder" and just leave me with Scuts (which I love) and the good stuff.

Vengeance Counters shine for me when I have a bruiser of a model that can eat them up, my favorites in the Nomads are the Dust Bull and Berserker for that. Both of them hit like a truck and making certain they hit is vital. It is really hard to not be conservative at first with them. In general I can expect my Oathpourer to last until turn 3 or 4 so I'm guaranteed 4 to 5 when she dies. I'm starting to get into the habit of spending the one counter for AS more frequently, even when I don't feel I need it. Making a target number 14 to a 16 for example. With the amount of on hit effects the Outcasts provide that +2 AS is great especially for getting a Sunder Armor counter or the third Toxic Counter on a model.
That all said I tend to run my Outcast sub-factions pretty much pure, my Nomads list are mostly all Salt Flat models except for Scuts and my Slavers lists are the same with an occasional Wasteland Warrior or Pit Fighter thrown in. So my preference does tend to influence my list building, since my Nomad lists revolve around 1 or 2 heavy hitters I need the rest of my force to be generating Vengeance Counters preferably without them dying so Tribal Warriors and an Oathpourer form a block together.
The Dishonored is one of my favorite non-beast Nomads due to his toolbox nature. Use him to crack open the armor of a Bane or Death's Device or hit a model with bleed or knockdown a model before you swoop in for a melee kill.

Thanks for the info, I really appreciate it. I am trying to start a building league here at work so I hope to get at least a game a week in going forward to try out some of the different models and combinations.

Excellent, best of luck with that. Nothing is better for list building than being able to get games in. Cause what works in my meta might not work in yours. Dark Age doesn't have a solid meta that applies everywhere which is nice but it also makes list building for events out of your area a challenge.
